Amazon just released their tablet the Amazon Fire. It undercuts the price of the iPad by half and it can be held in one hand. (yey!) Amazon will sell a lot of these being that they are priced at $199.

Will the tablet allow people to use the Netflix app? The Fire is built on Android software so it is offered through the app marketplace. Amazon can very easily block the app becuase it competes directly with their Amazon Instant Video Store and Prime services. It is my belief that they will do this and will cause an uproar from the users.

Users don’t care about the politics behind blocking certain apps and features.

Please Amazon if this problem arises just give the people what they want.
